By tagging with #NUXlove or @nuxactive you agree to the following:You (“You” or “Your”) hereby grants NUX Active and its affiliated companies a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable worldwide license to use and edit content which you created (photograph, video, gif, etc.) featuring and/or depicting NUX clothing apparel (the “Content”) for NUX’s marketing and advertising purposes including, but not limited to, NUX’s website located at www.nuxactive.com; e-mails; magazines; in-store advertising; and all other forms of print, digital, electronic and internet-based advertising . This license also includes a right, but not an obligation, to identify You and any social media accounts to which the Content was uploaded in connection with NUX’s use of the Content in its marketing and advertising endeavors. NUX and its affiliated companies may transfer or assign this license, on whatever terms it deems desirable, to any third party collaborators for the purpose of promoting NUX’s products. By agreeing to the foregoing, you promise, guarantee and represent to NUX that You own and/or control the rights to the Content and that the Content does not violate the rights of any third-party. You further agree to indemnify NUX for all losses, liabilities or claims relating to the creation and ownership of the Content.a
